October board meeting moved to Oct. 16
The regular Board of Education meeting for October will be held the third Monday this month instead of the second Monday. The Newark Board of Education will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 16 at the district Administrative Service Center, the former Roosevelt Middle School. The November meeting will also be held on the third Monday of the month, Nov. 20.  Read More...

Cheerleading alumni night will be Sept. 29
All alumni cheerleaders are invited to cheer during the third and fourth quarters of the Wildcat football game on Sept. 29, as we host Big Walnut at White Field. Practice will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Thurs., Sept. 28, in the auxiliary gym. Pre-purchase tickets for Wildcat Football online
The Newark Wildcat football season has kicked off, and the Newark Athletic Department is now offering the opportunity to purchase tickets online. Click here to visit our Online Ticketing page, where you can buy tickets to any of the Wildcat home football games. Tickets are $7 for adults or $5 for students, with a small processing fee added.

The next home football game is this Friday, as the Wildcats host Lancaster. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
