As we were packing up for our big move to the old Roosevelt Middle School later this year, Administrative Service Center staff has come across a treasure trove of old photos dating as far back as the 1940s (including the 1947 state basketball championship team). Photos include various sports teams from Newark High School, Central Jr. High, Kennedy and more, as well as prom courts and plays. If you are interested in looking through the photos to see if you recognize any of them, stop by the ASC, 85 E. Main Street, between 8 and 4 p.m. Mon.-Thurs.
