The first day of school is quickly approaching on Tues., Aug. 21. On that day, students in grades 1-6 and 9 will start their school year. Students in grades 7-8 and 10-12 will begin attending on Wed., Aug. 22. This allows for students new to middle and high school to more easily transition into their new school buildings. Kindergarten students phase in to the school year with screening appointments scheduled by the individual buildings. Open houses begin on Aug. 14 depending on the school.

Wed., Aug. 15: 6 p.m. for returning 7th and 8th grade students

Tues., Aug. 14: 6 p.m. for 6th grade
Wed., Aug. 15: 6 p.m. for 7th/8th grade
Wilson Middle School:
Mon., Aug. 20: 6 p.m. for 6th grade; 7 p.m. for 7th/8th grade
Ben Franklin Elementary:
Fri., Aug. 17: 5 to 6 p.m. for grades 1-5
Thurs., Aug. 23: 5 to 6 p.m. for kindergarten
Carson Elementary:
Mon., Aug. 20: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Cherry Valley Elementary:
Mon., Aug. 20: 5 to 5:45 p.m.: Preschool; 6 to 7:15 p.m.: K-5
Hillview Elementary:
